Ich persönlich hätte die Eier ja zusätzlich vorne am Trainer angebunden. Das erhöht den Reiz

đến Slave-FiLo : Ein solches Training ist für jeden Sklaven gut du solltest es morgens, mittags und abends machen dann bist du nach 2 - 3 Monaten top fit. Mir würde so ein Training auch gut tun wäre nur schöner wenn es noch einen anderen Sklaven oder noch besser einen Meister gibt der einen mit der Peitsche antreibt.
